We use balloons made of 100% natural rubber latex and biodegradable material from the brands of sempertex, decomex, qualatex and tuftex . You can rest assured when using them, because you will not be doing any harm to our planet. They are designed to break down when exposed to the elements of nature, decomposing within months rather than years. Foil balloons are recyclable.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to balloon arrangements, bouquets, event decorations, rental equipment, delivery services, and related products provided by Mrs. Lili LLC. By placing an order, submitting a deposit, or completing payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.
Delivery Time
Mrs. Lili LLC does not guarantee an exact delivery time. Customers may select an estimated delivery time range when placing their order.
Delivery and setup times may vary due to traffic, weather, venue access, setup requirements, and other circumstances outside the company’s control.
Payments Terms
A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is required when the order is placed. An event date, delivery, or service is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before the scheduled event date.
Balloon arrangements, bouquets, and other products that are not part of a scheduled event service must be paid in full when the order is placed.

Cancellations and Refunds
If a cancellation is made 21 days or more before the scheduled event, only 20% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
If a cancellation is made 20 days or fewer before the scheduled event, the full deposit will be nonrefundable.
Payment processing fees and expenses already incurred for materials, rentals, preparation, custom products, or labor may also be nonrefundable.
Modifications and Changes
Any modification to an order, design, product, quantity, color, delivery, event date, location, setup, or service must be agreed to in writing by both the customer and Mrs. Lili LLC.
Private and Corporate Events
Private parties, corporate events, and larger customized events may require a separate contract in addition to the invoice.
The separately signed contract will apply together with these Terms and Conditions. If a direct conflict exists, the terms of the signed event contract will control.
Rental Equipment
All rental equipment must be dismantled, removed, or collected only by Mrs. Lili LLC unless another arrangement has been approved in writing.
Rental items must remain in the same condition in which they were delivered.
The customer or renter must inspect all rental equipment before the event begins and promptly report any existing damage or issue.
The customer is responsible for loss, theft, breakage, staining, misuse, or damage that occurs while the rental equipment is under the customer’s care. The customer agrees to pay the repair or replacement cost of damaged, lost, or unreturned items.
Photography and Usage Rights
Photographs and videos taken by Mrs. Lili LLC or its artists may be used for promotional, marketing, portfolio, and educational purposes, including:
- Social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Company websites and online portfolios.
- Digital advertisements and printed promotional materials.
- Educational content, demonstrations, and tutorials.
Liability After Delivery
Mrs. Lili LLC is not responsible for loss, deterioration, or damage to balloons, arrangements, decorations, or related products after delivery or setup has been completed.
Responsibility for the delivered products transfers to the customer once delivery or setup is complete.
Environmental and External Damage
Mrs. Lili LLC is not responsible for damage caused by environmental conditions, improper handling, unsuitable surfaces, venue conditions, or other factors outside the company’s control.
- Heat, direct sunlight, rain, wind, humidity, or sudden weather changes.
- Children, guests, pets, venue staff, or unauthorized handling.
- Sharp, rough, dirty, hot, or unsuitable surfaces.
- Nails, foliage, trees, plants, walls, or surrounding decorations.
- Hot, crowded, cluttered, or improperly ventilated vehicles.
- Movement, relocation, or alteration after the original setup has been completed.
By submitting a deposit or completing payment, the customer confirms their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the applicable invoice, and any separate event contract signed by both parties.
